Introduction
Elite Supplements have 50 stores across Australia, providing an extensive range of supplements to help boost your health, fitness and wellbeing since 2007. Their reason for joining Megantic was to improve their Organic channel, in order to reduce their ad spend on paid campaigns, as their CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) was increasing.

Our Approach
Their Shopify Plus site had very strong rankings for product-related searches, however category segmentation had not been implemented yet. After conducting extensive research, our proposal recommended a huge increase in collections. Their large product range demanded proper segmentation to provide an enhanced shopping experience. We did this through hard coding SEO-friendly customised filters, both for mobile and desktop. This provided Elite Supplements with an edge never before seen on any other Shopify Plus site. Even after being affected by a core Google update (Medic), the site has been able to recover and grow stronger than ever in organic search.
Results
In only a few months (September 2018 to November 2018), Elite Supplements’ organic results have grown.
Summary
Elite Supplements has had amazing growth over the past few years on their organic channel. We created over 200 new collections based purely on high traffic customer searches. For example, we split Pre-Workout supplements into subcategories that include low, medium, high and super high stimulants. This is exactly what their target customers are searching for yet could not previously find easily on their site.
