Introduction

Milkcan is an Australian business selling a wide range of outdoor products, including letterboxes, planter boxes, and fire pits. The website was built on the WordPress platform, and was struggling to rank for relevant keywords in search engines. Megantic was hired to improve their organic search visibility and to drive more traffic to the site.

We began working together in late 2020 with the aim to grow their organic search visibility and increase new website visitors and purchases. Due to our extensive research, we were able to tap into 90 new categories. This enabled us to target 350 new keywords and open their market by up to 160,000 impressions a month.

Our Approach

We began by conducting extensive keyword research to identify the most relevant keywords for Milkcan. Next, we used this information to optimise the existing website content and to create new content in line with consumer searches. This satisfied searcher intent and created more landing pages to increase organic traffic.
