If this has occurred, reupload the blog posts immediately. To prevent this occuring in the future, ensure you review your website analytics frequently to be aware of any important pages.

At Megantic, we conduct an in depth review of our clients analytics accounts at least once a month. We also will also usually review them once a week and have notifications set up to be alerted of any sudden changes.

The alerts we set up may include:

  • No recorded transactions
  • Traffic decreasing a certain percentage
  • Organic traffic decreasing a certain percentage
  • A lower conversion rate than usual

To set up the alerts, you must enter a specific percentage change that you want to be notified of. For example, decreasing 10%, 7% or even 0.05%. You can also set up alerts for increasing percentages.
