Another way we support our employees in their career growth is through career coaching programs. Our employees have access to a one-on-one coaching session with an experienced professional who provides guidance and advice on career development, goal-setting, and building a career roadmap. These coaching sessions are customised to each employee’s needs, and the coach works with them to identify their strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. The coaching sessions help our employees gain clarity on their career goals and develop actionable steps to achieve them.
We also use Trainual, a cloud-based learning management system, to provide our employees with access to a range of training materials and resources. Trainual enables us to create and share training modules, courses, and learning paths with our employees. This system ensures that our employees have access to the latest training materials and resources, no matter where they are located. Trainual also allows us to track employee progress and measure the effectiveness of our training programs.
In addition to the above, we also offer management training courses to our employees who are in leadership positions or who are looking to move into management roles. These courses cover a range of topics such as communication, team building, conflict resolution, and performance management. The management training courses equip our leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively lead their teams and drive results.
We also hold weekly workshops and dedicated upskilling sessions that focus on a range of topics, from technical skills to soft skills. These sessions are led by our in-house experts and cover a variety of subjects such as technical SEO, project management, data analysis, and more. We encourage our employees to attend these sessions and provide them with the necessary resources to ensure that they can implement what they have learned.
Megantic also provide tailored training from external experts in areas such as communications and sales to our employees who work in these areas. These external experts bring a fresh perspective and provide our employees with the latest industry insights, best practices, and trends. The tailored training programs enable our employees to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and enhance their skills to perform better.
We also have a clear career progression framework in place. We believe in promoting from within, and our employees have a clear understanding of the skills and experience required to move up the ladder.
