We’re proud to be shortlisted for the 2025 Global Agency Awards!

At Megantic, we’ve always believed in doing one thing — and doing it exceptionally well. Focusing solely on eCommerce SEO has been our north star since day one, and it’s guided our journey from our roots in Melbourne to now having offices across the UK, Canada and Macedonia.

This recognition means a lot to our team. While we don’t do the work for the accolades, moments like this remind us that the energy, heart and innovation our people bring to every project truly makes an impact.

Over the past year, we’ve taken some big steps forward. We introduced two new divisions — Continuous Improvement and Artificial Intelligence. CI is all about growing our people and supporting our teams across all regions through mentoring and development. It’s been inspiring to see how this investment in our people has flowed back into the quality of our work and client relationships.

On the tech front, we’ve continued to push boundaries. We’ve built advanced eCommerce tools from the ground up, including static filter tech for Shopify and our own custom CRM. These tools are designed to solve specific problems for online retailers — and we’re proud they’ve helped many of our clients grow.

One of those clients is Hello Molly. Competing in the fast-paced fashion space, they came to us with a bold challenge: double their non-branded organic sessions across AU and the US. We rolled up our sleeves and designed a campaign that delivered not just on traffic but meaningful growth in revenue and ROI. That work was recently recognised at the APAC Search Awards — and it’s now shortlisted globally as Best SEO Campaign.

Beyond client work, we’ve continued investing in what we value most — our people and our communities. From local university partnerships and volunteer programs, to fostering female leadership in digital, we try to lead by example. Our team now spans four countries, with 57% female representation and a flexible hybrid model. While we know there’s always more to do, we’re proud of the culture we’ve built.

Since 2012, our journey has been driven by a simple set of values: Stay ambitious. Be loyal. Act ethically. Always innovate. These values have helped shape who we are and how we show up — for each other, our clients, and the broader community.
