Winning Best Marketing Agency at the 2022 Semrush Search Awards

The Semrush Search Awards recognise and celebrate the successes of Australian online marketers. The top campaigns and teams are ones that bring exceptional growth and revenue. We are proud to announce that we have won three awards at the 2022 Semrush Australia Search Awards!

 

The awards we won are:

  • Best Marketing Agency
  • Best SEO Campaign with Bondi Born
  • Best Use of Data in a Search Campaign with Black Mango

 

We were also shortlisted for ten awards:

The best Australian marketing agency is an SEO agency!

This award shocked us! The award category was titled “Best Marketing Agency”, so we (wrongly) assumed that we were at a disadvantage due to our niche offering (technical SEO for eCommerce clients).

The cheers in the room when this award was announced were deafening. Our entry was judged based on our consistency in delivering outstanding results to our clients and team – including profitability, client and staff retention and satisfaction, team culture, and much more! The best SEO campaign of the lot

Another amazing award with probably the biggest competition –  the Best SEO Campaign. We won this award with our client of only one year, Bondi Born.

Before working with us, Bondi Born transferred their site data from a .com website to .com.au. Our strategy was quite different with this client as we educated their team on many complicated SEO areas, such as ccTLD, automatic geo IP redirects and hreflang tags. Over only one year, we increased their traffic by 555%, transactions by 733% and revenue by 625% (not a typo!).

 

Using the data in our Research stage for a third win

We also took out the award for Best Use Of Data in a Search Campaign with our client Black Mango.

We have been working with Black Mango for three years, and are proud to announce that during this time, their growth has been very healthy and sustained over the years. We have worked to double their top three keywords, grow their organic traffic by 127% and revenue by 74%.
